How long does the 100-night trial work?
We want you to love your sleep. You can try our mattress in your own home for 100 nights; if you aren't completely satisfied within that period, we will pick it up and provide a full refund.
Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?
Flo mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface, including platform beds, slatted bases (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), or even the floor.
How is the mattress delivered and how long does setup take?
Our mattresses are compressed and vacuum-sealed in a compact box. Once unboxed, the mattress will expand to its full size within 2 to 4 hours, though it may take up to 24 hours to fully firm up.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Flo mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than 1 inch.
Are the materials used in the mattress eco-friendly and safe?
Yes, all our foams are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, ensuring a safe sleeping environment for your family.
