Sleep on it
Give your body at least 30 nights to adjust to the new support and alignment of your Flo Mattress before initiating a return.

Contact our support team via email or phone within the 100-night trial period to start your return or exchange process.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient time to pick up the mattress from your home at no extra cost.
Receive Refund
